I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique estate. The room I was given had a beautiful vintage touch and was incredibly spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delightful.
One drawback was that the special arrangements I had requested were not up to standard. However, the management was quick to address the issue and offered to make it up to me with a complimentary day at the estate.

Stayed here over Christmas and loved the spacious rooms and great breakfast. The hotel is ideally located for embassies and government buildings, making it a convenient spot for business travelers. We also enjoyed the lovely gardens for relaxing in the afternoon.
The maintenance of the hotel was lacking. The room had some leak issues and the amenities could use some updating.

We found a hidden gem to stay in South Africa. the location of this beautiful traditional house is ideal as it is within walking distance of shops and in an immense garden. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is abundant and delicious, and there are great seating areas in the beautiful gardens.
The dinner service is a bit awkward to have alone.

Spacious room and great hospitality from the staff during my Christmas stay. the location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to main roads. the antique furniture in the room was a nice touch and added character to the outdated decor.
The property was in a state of disrepair and not at all what was shown in the pictures. Leaks in the room during the rain and broken skirtings were just some of the issues.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable - from the well-maintained rooms to the impeccable customer service. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better, with shops and amenities just a stone's throw away. Finally, the affordable prices and value for money were unbeatable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Everything was top-notch, couldn't ask for more!
